I've been using MLO on Windows and Windows Mobile for some time and have developed a good way of working on those platforms. However, I have just started using the iPhone version (on an iPad) and because it uses a different approach to displaying the structure it is making me look again at how I user 'Folders' and 'Projects'.
I can not find any advice in the MLO manual on how to use these two different ways of grouping actions and I would really appreciate getting some 'best practice' ideas from you if you have developed a way that works for you.
