Thanks for the input - it has made me revisit my approach again. I
notice that I think hierarchically, so I have many nested projects
replicating my work situation (I am a senior project manager).

Under MLO-Windows I tended to make anything that was a Project a
Folder as well, but some things are just Folders of realted actions,
so the following is an example of what I might have, where [P] =
marked as Project and [F] = marked as Folder

- [P][F] Programme A
- Action a
- Action b
-- [P][F] Project 1
-- [P][F] Project 2
---- [P][F] Work package i
---- Action m
---- Action n
---- [P][F] Work package ii
-- [P][F] Project 3
-- [F] Programme management
-- Action q
-- Action r
-- [F] Contract management
-- Action s
-- Action t

In the iPhone version the 'Folder' groupings do no show up in the same
way so Actions q, r, s, t sort of get lost in some views.
