Originally it was driven simply by the icons used in MLO-Windows: a
Project is a collection of actions, but it is represented only by a
checkbox, just like each individual action. So there is no visual
differentation between a Project and an Action.

However, if you mark something as a Folder it gets a folder icon, i.e.
a collection of items.

I think the visual representation in tools plays an important part in
how we use them, so I started to classify my Projects as Folders as
well.

Unfortunately, the iPhone version does not represent them in the same
way, so it comes unstuck!
