I too get stuck with the RTE and not wanting to have to type a new folder name each time. I suppose I could have a sticky note with several versions of " -tofldnameofparentfolder " but I'd still have to cut and paste them in.
The answer is probably to train myself to do it with the inline parsing but that's not happened yet. Also, that doesn't account for notes, multiple tasks, etc. Possible (un-thought-out) enhancement: a different key combination that brings up an RTE with some sense of knowledge of where you invoked it from. (Which doesn't change the main RTE).
