Follow-up Comment #3, bug #18444 (project mypaint):
-The offset is about an inch wide, but that's very subjective to my setup.
I'd say it's about 20% of the value/saturation box's height.
-I just tested with the harmony ring. It still happens.
-As far as I can tell, the hue wheel is a perfect circle. Resizing the dock
keeps it at the correct aspect ratio.
-With the dock long enough to require scrolling, the offset still appears.
However, if I scroll down, it fixes the offset.
