Follow-up Comment #6, bug #18444 (project mypaint):
I feel like a giant ass today. The bug has resurfaced. I had two instances of
MyPaint open without realizing it. Somehow, the second instance prevented any
new instances from getting the offset bug. Now that I only have one instance
open, the bug reappears.
