Follow-up Comment #4, bug #18444 (project mypaint):
Sorry, I meant to say "the rectangular area within which the wheel is drawn,
including its blank background". Does it matter if that's taller than it is
wide, or wider then it is tall?
Does this happen with the mouse only, a stylus only, or both?
Does it matter where the colour sampler is within the sidebar? e.g. does it
only happen at position 0, or is it the same or worse in positions 1+?
Can you get an excerpted screenshot up here of the problem in action with
your mouse pointer visible and the window decorations above, plus of course
where the "current V+S" dot goes? On my system <PrintScr> captures both. Have
a slight hunch regarding enclosing things with windows vs. those without.
