Follow-up Comment #7, bug #18460 (project mypaint):
I tried scons PREFIX=..win32 --install-sandbox=..win32
but it doesn't do anything in win32 folder... will try again later
If that doesn't work I'll just add another xcopy for desktopicons.
Actually I can't just rely on sconstruct I need to combine GTK and mypaint
together and it shouldn't use install mode
