Follow-up Comment #12, bug #18460 (project mypaint):
Hi,
I did what is indicated in the README file but still does not fixes the
problem.
Running Ubuntu 10.10
The commands were
git pull
sudo scons prefix=/usr/local install
sudo gtk-update-icon-cache -tf /usr/share/icons/hicolor
sudo chmod a+r /usr/share/icons/hicolor/icon-theme.cache
usr/local/bin/mypaint
I also tried
sudo gtk-update-icon-cache -tf /usr/local/share/icons/hicolor
sudo chmod a+r /usr/local/share/icons/hicolor/icon-theme.cache
Problem remains....
