Follow-up Comment #6, bug #18834 (project mypaint):
Mihai: The large majority of code in MyPaint (10k out of 13k) is for the UI,
and a lot of it is (for good reasons or bad) tied to GTK+. This is also the
code that changes the most often, has the most bugs, and needs most
documentation.
Do you think it is more likely that we will have the manpower to write and
maintain the equivalent amount of code (and the extra work it creates) for
Windows, than to fix bugs in GTK+?
