Follow-up Comment #15, bug #18834 (project mypaint):
OK. What about the idea of hiding the functionality that actually doesn't
work with GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=1? I think a typical Windows user will be more
happily having fewer functionality but more consistent than a bunch of cool
looking stuff that doesn't work. On the personal side, I think we should hide
the drop downs and stick with the floating/docking windows.
