This is fair use, you pay the licence (in the UK) you buy the TV, You don't spend Â900.00 on win media centre, as you don't need to. It seems to me now that you record with a VCR and Copy with MythTV! Whats the difference? apart from the terminology (copying is bad, file sharing, hacking,) Doesn't sound the same in the press when you say "Hey! these MythTV guy's are recording our programs!!"
