Absolutely. Assuming that the DVI is analog, all three (VGA, DVI, and SCART) are all plain RGB.... equal quality. S-vid is better than composite, but it still blows chunks compared to RGB. The PVR-350 requires funky drivers, X-configs, overlays, and is non-Xv accelerated. Any vid card that's 6 years old or newer will be better.
