RTJpeg is less cpu intensive than mpeg4, but that doesn't mean your older computer can't handle mpeg4 (since you didn't say how fast it is), -- I probably still have a few (well, now a whole bunch) gmail invites. Drop me a line (off list) if you'd like an account.
