Hi,
Regarding to my question about 2D plot (mail I sent: 2011-05-13). I have
installed MZmine 2.3. In 2D plot the lines (detected peaks) are still
connected with X-axis.
The problem appears when I click on *Set automatically* in the *2D
visualizer set parameters* window. I guess it should be related with
this option??
