Did you use the Savitzky-Golay deconvolution algorithm to produce your
peak list?
The strange 2D plot could be caused by additional zero m/z data points
inserted due to a bug in the Savitzky-Golay algorithm (see one of the
previous messages in the mailing list).
I have now fixed the bug, so if this was the cause, it may fix the 2D
plot as well.

 We have installed MZmine in different computers and it is always the
same problem.
I know it doesn’t make so much sense but I am still thinking that it
