Hi Gözde,
Did you perform peak detection again using MZmine 2.3, or did you just open
your old project?
If you just opened your old project, the problem may still be there, because
the old data will include the additional zero data point, as I explained in my
last email.
Try running peak detection again and then check the 2D plot.
