Sorry for late reply.
I didn*t use the old project. It is kind of strange that we are the only
ones that are experiencing this problem.
We have installed MZmine in different computers and it is always the
same problem.
I know it doesn*t make so much sense but I am still thinking that it may
be related with this *set automatically* button in 2D plot window.
