Hi Angie,

Did you pay for the Sunflower by credit card? If you did so and they
keep messing with you as far as getting refund, call your credit card
company and have the charge put into dispute unless they resolve the
issue. Face it who has more power and financial clout, you or the
credit card company? In the last 20 years I had to do this twice and
it came out in my favor both times. If you are in the right (which it
sounds like you are) you should be able to have this resolved
promptly.
