Thank you, I will keep that in mind. I still have two of their units, waiting
on return labels. I thought their customer service was very good until I got
the third one and now he has an attitude with me. Oh well, I guess he is as
sick of messing with it as I am. He has given me no reason to think he won't
refund my card yet. I also got this air purifier from him. It is the size of a
very big coffee mug. It releases ozone in the air or something that is suppose
to get rid of the odor. It is hard for me to tell because I am so immune to the
smell, if it is working or not. The directions said to put it at least seven
feet high. I haven't figured out how I am going to do that yet. I need to find
a shelf. Getting ready to go shopping soon, I will look for something.

Angie,
Good suggestion from Andrew!! It is called a chargeback. I have done it twice
this year. One was with an advertiser that screwed my ads intentionally and I
have one in now with Linksys. (Beware ordering anything with Linksys)
Sometimes all it takes is to threaten a chargeback and the company will kiss
butt to make you happy. It pays to pay with a credit card when things like this
happen. Good luck!
