Angie, Good suggestion from Andrew!! It is called a chargeback. I have done it twice this year. One was with an advertiser that screwed my ads intentionally and I have one in now with Linksys. (Beware ordering anything with Linksys) Sometimes all it takes is to threaten a chargeback and the company will kiss butt to make you happy.
