I second that!! Linksys has a bunch of monkeys running the show and the main goal is to double talk and rip you off. My daughter has gone round and round with them then when I called, they hung up on me and finally I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge cuz it was all bogus. They just plain don't care about anything but trying to get more money out of you. RUN from that company. They aren't worth the headaches. Lois Trendsetters Calif.
