It is called a chargeback. I have done it twice this year. One was with an advertiser that screwed my ads intentionally and I have one in now with Linksys. (Beware ordering anything with Linksys) Sometimes all it takes is to threaten a chargeback and the company will kiss butt to make you happy. It pays to pay with a credit card when things like this happen. Good luck!
