I do not know about Minx but most Halogen Bulbs throw a great deal of
heat. I have one on my desk I use to "Cook" the top coat on Mani's. Everyone
Loves it because it get's them out the door with no smudges. If you need more
heat you could get a Halogen with Hi/Lo setting like mine. I think my Hubby got
mine at Office Depot. It's not pretty but it does a great job. If you get too
close it gets too hot! Check it out.

Subject: NailTech:: minx lamp
Question for the ladies that do minx. I got my order and tried to use blow
dryer (which I would REALLY not recommend) My question is what heat lamp does
everyone use? The Minx lamp is just a little out of my price range especially
since I am going to classes and saving for workshops. Any recommendations or
should I just bite the bullet and buy the Minx lamp?
