your post reminded me of something....many times when I have not charged for a few repairs or have thrown in some nail art...the client often gives me a bigger tip!! Saying something like,"oh come on now you did SOOO much work today!" I usually just smile....and say thank you! and...that makes me look like the "good guy" ...LOL
