I will try this, since I have this problem sometimes as well. In addition to sometimes having a shrinkage problem, I also sometimes find a "dimpled" look to the base coat when I remove it from the lamp. That's the best way I can describe it...really uneven and with roundish dimples in the gel like it was moving around while it was exposed to the light. Sometimes the other layers cover it up, and sometimes that base layer just makes any other layers look awful. I don't always have this happen...my bulbs are brand new, I just changed them. I have put it on really thin, and I have also tried putting it on a bit thicker like a polish thickness. I always stir it really well before applying. Any ideas? Thanks in advance...
