Becky, are you using a dry wipe and what kind are you using? I have found some 
brands of wipes leave lint even though they all say lint free. Thanks!

The exact words from my Gelish distributor/educator were, "Gelish does not like 
anything wet or slick"... she went on to explain how we should be wiping the 
base coat with a brush after application. I personally prefer to wipe it with a 
wipe, then apply color.
