This is a "what would you do?" question. I have a long time regular pedi client who has a bad big toenail. It's Bren that way for a long time (that way when she came to me and she told me it had been bad a long time). She can't take oral meds to try and clear it up, etc. I service her and clean really well, throw away all disposables, etc.
This week I found out that while I was out on maternity leave she went to a corner nail place to get a pedi and they refused to do her service and embarrassed her.
