I guess I am questioning if I should continue to do her pedicures if they turned her away. I ended up talking to the client today and I know that I will do her pedi when I can fit her in my schedule. I was surprised that the NSS turned her away, but then if you don't clean properly it is easier to turn someone away than to work on them and give others issues.
I just wasn't sure how to handle this, but now I do.
