Wayne the release is ready. I tried to create review material but it turns out it needs to be done a week before the release. A beginners mistake.
We have been communicating progress on this list and through *Bug 493855* <https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=493855> - Nebula Initial Release and descendants. Are we done? What are the next steps?
