Strange item to put a fraudulent listing up for though - it's a pretty niche thing (though definitely interesting to those of us of the neon persuasion!). It's not like Tim's original listing went out at $250 with a zillion bidders which might suggest to a scammer that it's an easy moneyspinner. Maybe the guy really has one for sale but was too ignorant/lazy to write his own listing.
