I've used both Seeedstudio and Itead for prototype boards in the last few months. Had about 1/2 dozen different designs done.
Been very happy with the results from both. Takes about 3 weeks to get the boards here in the states with the cheap shipping. Itead seems just a bit faster. But could just be the randomness of the postal system. I would recommend that you do not push the 6/6 rules too hard. 8/8 is probably more realistic. If you only need a couple of boards, and they are on the smaller size, I'll also recommend: http://dorkbotpdx.org/wiki/pcb_order Have also had good experiences with dorkbot. About two weeks for delivery (again in the states). I also have that logic-sniffer. Not really used it yet, got it for the high speed stuff.
