No experience w/seedstudio, but putting aside their esl spelling
issues, there isn't any reason to believe they are not a reputable
operation, especially given their location in Shenzen, Guanzhou, CN.

For prototypes that I can afford to wait 2 weeks for I use
batchpcb.com.

For quantities > 10 I've been using Gold Phoenix. For Q50 15sq in
boards w/generic 8mil 2 layer, electrical test, they end up being
around ~$.50/sq in. I did request black mask, and they did flub the
mask color on the first order but promptly re-ran it for free. Turn
time for East Coast USA is about 10 days from the time you pay them to
the time FedEx drops them off at your doorstep. Pretty amazing. info
at goldphoenix.biz;

So what are Itead and seeedstudio in terms of $/sq in ?
