One of the great things about this list has always been the very moderate, sensible approach to postings with a commercial flavour. The odd one does none of us any harm, and actually serves a positive purpose by connecting people who want to sell relevant materials for our interest area with people who want to buy. And given the service that Dieter provides to the entire community by sharing freely the years worth of accumulated technical info hosted on his website, I for one would cut him more slack than pretty much anyone else when it comes to the occasional posting.
