Regarding balancing the ouputs of a Neotek... or anyting that is unbalanced
You can use the impedance balancing technic....
Simply add "a resitor to ground (1)' on the return path of the balanced
ouput. This means the negative side of a balanced connection (pin 3)
(1) the resistor value needs to be exactly the same value of the
equivalent resitive value on the positive side.
This is a simple solution, the cost is only the price of one resitor per
output.The benfits are that you will get " most of" the common-mode
rejection of a balance line"
Pro:
But you will keep intake the "neotek sound"...
You won't loose 6 db if you connect to a unbalanced input
-$$$
Con:
You won't get ground isolation....
you need to find the resistive value of the positive side of the output.

It's good for Neummann and AKG for there transfo less circuits
