Guys, The DC offset adjust is for the output of the preamp, and won't, and shouldn't remove DC voltages from the gain pot's terminals. If you mess with it, you may lower the headroom of the preamp. In all Neotek preamps that I have experience with (series I, II, III, Elite), you will measure DC voltage on that pot. That is how it is supposed to be. Take a look at the schematics.
