where is the balance is the arts world? with the city and the urban.

what is the position of the rural? under the attack of the encroaching
cities/towns/urban/industrial from every angle.

for me it is a privilege to feel included when reading this manifesto,
rather than yet another art project focused on the urban.

but don't worry, i'm not going to go out with clubs and bats and beat
the shit out of those with the metropolitan mentality though :)))
