Unlike Mr Watson's "Voyager is bugged' description, a 'stall' is when
Voyager is waiting for the information to be sent from the modem, before it
can decode and display. If the connection/modem stalls, Voyager will state
'stalling'.

This can be due to a number of factors:

a) pressure on the serial port. Running your Voyager on its own 256 colour
screen, running Voyager on workbench in too many colours, downloading mail
or other TCP activity at the same time as web browsing.

b) hardware on your system affecting the serial port (be it internal or
external).

c) very slow web site. ie. a Russian or New Zealand based web site might be
rather slow, especially at busy periods.

d) poor ISP with limited bandwidth etc. U-Net/Wirenet, for example, has a
huge amount of bandwidth an excellent European and USA based connections.

e) slow modem - a 14.4 modem is going to stall as it can't handle all the
necessary data.

f) limited number of mbuffs within the Genesis configuration. It should be
1024+

BUT the problem isn't Voyager and the web site itself. If Voyager states
'stalling' then it is not receiving the information to decode.
