I meant hardware clashes, which can happen. For instance products which
clash with the PCMCIA port and so on.
Generally this won't affect your net connection though - it's more related
to your ISP, sites you visit, the time of day (ie. Sunday afternoon or just
after 6pm being peak periods).

It's in the Options/Advanced section, but I can't remember if it is 'mbuffs'
