Well It is not because if you only install separate Vapor programms
without the netconnect package you don't have this delay just delete
the stuff in sys:s/ Vapor... 3 files and replace them by the original
Vapor download S files and the delay is gone.It was done by the netconnect
installer and has nothing to do with Vapor.
