Maybe you have a point, but I am reluctantant to pay for NC3 until a fully working NC2 
gives me
confidence that NC3 will be fully supported.  What if NC3 only gets to a certain level 
of bug-fixing
before we get told, "Sorry--if you want any better you will have to buy NC4."
