As there appears to be a sudden compulsion for people to out themselves on
this list, perhaps I ought to come clean as well as grab the top accolade. I
was a war-time evacuee in London, & was born in 1932, just after the Romans
pulled out. But before anyone sends me a load of Saga brochures, I ride a
Honda 550 CBX motor bike (when it ain't raining) & was pulled over recently
for doing a ton on the Kingsteignton Bypass. When I took off my crash
helmet, the cops fell about laughing, & we finished up having tea together
in a Little Chef. Well, uz lives in Devon, baint yer know, & uz duz things
different down 'ere.

Just have another sip of Horlicks now, then blow out the candle & go to bed.

P.S. Don't be sad that there seems to be an excess of oldies on this list.
There are loads of Amiga youngsters round here, but they can't write!

Software suppliers are trying to make their software packages more
'user-friendly'.... Their best approach, so far, has been to take all
the old brochures, and stamp the words, 'user-friendly' on the cover.
