That is not the point and you know it! It is also no excuse for failure to
respond to past emails - that is just disgusting customer service on your
part!
You were paid in good faith for a CD containing a full set of uncorrupted
software which you did not provide for whatever reason. Suffice to say you
are still obligated to replace the defective CDs with ones that feature
uncorrupted archives of the two applications for any customer who wants one.

Nobody has said that the whole CD is defective. As I regularly have to trash
the software installation on my 3000 in the course of reviewing for
Amigactive, I need the convenience of being able to return to a CD
containing at least a basic set of working applications, regardless of
whether they are older versions or beta's, in order to do a reinstall (after
all, that was what I paid for). I should not need to go chasing around the
net or cover disks in order to find apps just to replace ones on the CD that
were not even capable of working due to their corruption.

The only person on this list being 'absolutely stupid' is you, along with
being childish in your reaction to fair and just criticism and requests for
support from people who bought goods from you in good faith. It saddens me
greatly that you are allowing your past accomplishments in the Amiga
community to be overshadowed by your behaviour in this matter.
I, like many others am utterly fed up with your whinging and the disregard
you clearly have for your customers at this time. You resorting to childish
threats to silence this criticism is no way to deal with the situation.
