Yep, but there's only one slight snag - a) getting the original gold back
from them (almost impossible, without legal action - too costly, too little
time) and b) also/then getting them to prove they are 'in the wrong'.

Also, don't forget all the postage costs with sending out replacements -
even if the CD duplicators did admit it was their fault (which, atm, they
are even refusing to send back the gold!), I don't have the money (nor the
time nor the facilities) to send out replacement CD's.

Lastly, as I said before, if the CD was re-produced, it would contain the
(now very old) Voyager 3 pre-release 3, released early October. Are current
NC 3 users really going to do a re-install? ie. over the latest version?
