The fact remains that you had a contract with your customers, and failed to meet your
side of it. You can insure against suppliers going bust. You can use proper diligence
to check them out. You can withhold payment until their supplies prove satisfactory -
payment in escrow for example. This is how proper businesses do it.

This is what the textbooks mean when they talk about the "risk" of doing business.

 Likewise.

I disagree.

 Does it work?

 Does it work?

No. I downloaded one from the ftp site and it failed to install properly, or
I failed to rename it properly.
It seemed/seems to me that this is what one can expect from the Amiga marketplace
so I gave up and bought a PC. One thousand eight hundred pounds.

"Happy"? I have been robbed. Were it not for a dodgy business setup whereby
Active is not a proper company and to push for my rights might make you personally
bankrupt my insurance would enable me to pursue you through the courts at no expense.
You might have tried that with *your* defaulting supplier.

Have you polled your disappointed customers on this option?

This is my first post on the subject ever. It was prompted by
exasperation at you yet again attacking your customers in public.
"I am a businessman" I recall you posting long ago..

 > there's only a limit I can take.

You keep saying. As you attack your customers.
