Regarding a recent message on [netconnect] Re: mildly miffed?...

> Have you polled your disappointed customers on this option?

I would like a replacement uber-CD that would be redundant in 3
months too, but I can just as easily use my CDRW to make a backup of
my existing one with the up-dates... (maybe an idea for Chris? But
it does require a great deal of time and effort to produce large
numbers - I remember when you provided the up-dates for NC2, and the
large amount of effort you had to invest, reducing your ability to
 do tech. support.).
Over the past 6 months when have you seen Chris do any real tech
support? Hes spent the time pottering about up Scotland way playing
student.
And not once have I seen a poll on the list from Chris re: duff CDFs
from NC3. However I'm no longer bothered as I have 0808 inet access
and can get the updates if needed. At least my key file is safe.
> exasperation at you yet again attacking your customers in public.

Most of the attacking posts I have seen on this mailing list have
been started by irate customers. Certainly, the customer has many
rights, but Chris is only human, with human tolerance levels.
Chris runs a "business" (of sorts) and should be capable of accepting
customer critisism, wether he claims to be 'human' or not.
