So let them. Having a fully working setup makes that miuch easier. Of
course we'll continue to put updates on the CD as they are released, but
the point of this exercise is to provide a single CD containing a fully
working NC3 setup (apart from the netconnect.library for obvious
reasons).

Sure, you've always been able to do that. But people want a working
complete NC3 setup.
