I just thought I would drop in my 2 pennies.

I bought NC3 - I was happy.

There were problems on the CD - I wasn't happy.

I downloaded the updated software - Happiness was again mine.


 To Chris:  Unfortunately, there are always customers whom cannot be
satisfied.  I just want to point out that this truth is everywhere in
every market.  Most of us are grateful for your efforts!

The "other" David:  At least Chris tries, which is far more than I
could say about most of the PC manufacturers/software
engineers/companies.  MS will charge for a service upgrade to fix
software that never worked in the first place!
