[netconnect] Blacklisted

Hello All, trying to get Miami to dial up redhotant all goes well until I
try to dial at the finish,when I get the word BLACKLISTED then no dial
tone,Bt says it's not them,redhotant says its not them.Has anybody come
across this at any time before,yes Ihave paid my bill.Regards,Len
