The way I see this is going is bad to worst.  

OK Chris you have assigned all issues about this to H&P.
H&P have more uses just then NC , Genesis in mind.

Now due XYZ happing in the past Thomas has little trust of geting payed.

Now what on if say we ask Amiga if they would act like holding people for
Thomas to send an updated appp to.  When he get payed and funds clear H&P
get the updated appp.

Now you call can say  get stuffed to that idea but it just that an idea.  I
think both of you want this to get sorted.

PS Thomas I know what this is like (My software has been sold with out full
payment to me), trust me and try and say away from suing.  It takes ages
also its lot of stress.  But Thomas you should get ever thing that is owed
to you.
